OUR GUESTS CAN EXPECT:

Yes, all our properties require a minimum stay of 3 nights. However, in off-peak seasons some properties may offer more flexibility for 2-night stays.
Our typical changeover days are Fridays and Saturdays except for a small selection of properties. However, we can accommodate changeover on any day, depending on the need.

Some owners decide to manage their own property, whilst others have a local manager and housekeeping team on hand.
Some owners require a security deposit but the majority of our properties do not require this. If a security deposit is required this will be stated upon booking. However, all of our bookings require a deposit to secure the booking.
We do not currently accept Amex due to lengthy processing times (and therefore cost).
OUR GUESTS CAN EXPECT:
- 4pm arrival
- 10am departure
- This is to ensure our housekeeping teams have enough time to ensure a thorough changeover for the next guests.
Yes. Our rates are agreed individually with each property owner. These prices are reviewed regularly and will be updated accordingly.
We do not currently offer holiday insurance, therefore, we strongly recommend that all guests purchase relevant holiday insurance to cover the full cost of their stay.
This information will be provided within the Welcome Hamper provided to each guest.
Unfortunately not. Each property description contains the maximum number of guests that can be comfortably – and safely – accommodated.
Most of our cottages do allow pets. This information is specified within the property description – please read carefully before booking.
Unfortunately not. Once the booking deposit has been paid, the booking is confirmed. Bookings cannot be moved without forfeiting the non-refundable booking deposit.
This is not possible. One person will need to take responsibility for the payments for the entire booking.
